Why We Built This Site
Public access does not always mean one search box. Wheeler Superior cases route through Georgia Courts E-Access to PeachCourt, which requires an account. The Clerk also posts calendar PDFs, but those lists are not full case histories. Probate, Magistrate, Juvenile, and municipal matters have other custodians. Bringing the verified routes together helps readers start with the right court and request the right record.
Georgia court rules presume access to many Superior Court records while protecting sealed, juvenile, adoption, and other restricted material. The goal is practical routing, not access beyond what the court permits.

What We Cannot Do
This privately run resource is not connected with a Georgia court, clerk, county office, or state agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file
- We cannot set, move, cancel, or confirm a hearing
- We cannot alter, seal, or remove a court record
- We cannot issue a plain or certified copy
- We cannot provide legal advice
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact, portal, or calendar remains unchanged
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the original. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot act for it.
